The Bahamian author is a self taught baker and have an eye for detail . The idea of Premium Cake was birth 2 years ago while standing in her kitchen mixing and creating a new flavour with buttercream. Icing to decorate a two tier cake for a friend of the family. The chef also have a love for Bahamian pastries or desserts and incorporated the idea of these authentic delights on the business menu. The collaboration with a couple on their wedding cake, for the chef are an opportunity to add a small something to such a simplistic yet memorial day. Planning a wedding soon? The Wedding cakes are accompanied by appointments which include cake tasting boxes and a form filled to advice the chef for best results Cake tasting boxes are $25 and can vary in price

Cakes pops can start as low as a set for $10 and will fit the details provided by the customer. A cake tasting can be arranged $18 and a form must be filled to advice the chef.
